वर्तमान समय - इतिहास लौट चुका है।

111 वर्ष पूर्व 4 जुलाई, 1902 ई0 को आम आदमी के रूप में नरेन्द्र नाथ दत्त और विचार से सर्वोच्च विश्वमानव के रूप में स्वामी विवेकानन्द ब्रह्मलीन हुये थे। उन्होंने कहा था -”मन में ऐसे भाव उदय होते हैं कि यदि जगत् के दुःख दूर करने के लिए मुझे सहस्त्रों बार जन्म लेना पड़े तो भी मैं तैयार हूँ। इससे यदि किसी का तनिक भी दुःख दूर हो, तो वह मैं करूंगा और ऐसा भी मन में आता है कि केवल अपनी ही मुक्ति से क्या होगा। सबको साथ लेकर उस मार्ग पर जाना होगा।“

वर्तमान में उनके तीन रूप व्यक्त हो चुके हैं जो निम्नलिखित हैं-

1. भारत के सर्वोच्च पद पर सुशोभित श्री प्रणव मुखर्जी, राष्ट्रपति, भारत, उनके संस्कृति को लेकर।

2. भारत के सर्वोच्च अधिकार के पद पर सुशोभित श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी, प्रधानमंत्री, भारत, उनके नाम को लेकर।

3. भारत के आम आदमी के रूप में श्री लव कुश सिंह ”विश्वमानव“, भारत, उनके विचार ”विश्व-बन्धुत्व“ एवं ”वेदान्त की व्यवहारिकता“ की स्थापना के लिए शासनिक प्रणाली के अनुसार स्थापना स्तर तक की प्रक्रिया को लेकर।

भारत सरकार व उसके अनेक मंत्रालयों द्वारा अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय मानकीकरण संगठन के प्रमाण पत्र आई.एस.ओ-9000 (ISO-9000)  गुणवत्ता का प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ।

श्री लव कुश सिंह ”विश्वमानव“ं द्वारा विश्व के एकाकरण के प्रथम चरण - मानसिक एकीकरण के लिए नागरिकों के गुणवत्ता का विश्वमानक-0 श्रृंखला (WS-0)  आविष्कृत।

”भारत विश्व गुरू कभी हुआ करता था लेकिन अब नहीं है। इसका सबसे बड़ा प्रमाण यह है कि भारत वैश्विक सिद्धान्तों से प्रभावित है। भारत उस दिन वर्तमान युग में पुनः विश्व गुरू बन जायेगा जब वह अपने सार्वभौम सिद्धान्तों से विश्व को प्रभावित व संचालित करने लगेगा। काशी-सत्यकाशी क्षेत्र इस दृश्य काल में मतों (वोटों) से नहीं बल्कि शिव-तन्त्र के शास्त्र से किसी का हो सकता है। सार्वभौम सत्य - आत्म तत्व के आविष्कार से भारत विश्व गुरू तो है ही परन्तु दृश्य काल में विश्व गुरू बनने के लिए सार्वभौम सत्य-सिद्धान्त चाहिए जिससे विश्व संविधान व लोकतन्त्र को मार्गदर्शन मिल सके। शिक्षा द्वारा मानव मन को सत्य से जोड़ने व काल का बोध कराने, काशी को राष्ट्रगुरू व भारत को जगतगुरू बनाने तथा ज्ञान को सबके द्वार पर पहुँचाने का कार्य आपकी इच्छानुसार प्रारम्भ किया जा रहा है। आपने कहा, हमने शुरू किया।“

3. नये युग - स्वर्ण युग के प्रारम्भ के लिए ”सार्वभौम“ गुण से युक्त होकर कल्कि अवतार का आगमन हो चुका है।

4. नये धर्म - विश्वधर्म के प्रारम्भ के लिए ”सार्वभौम“ गुण से युक्त होकर धर्म स्थापक का आगमन हो चुका है।

5. नये शास्त्र - विश्वशास्त्र के प्रारम्भ के लिए ”सार्वभौम“ गुण से युक्त होकर व्यास का आगमन हो चुका है।

यदि ऐसा नहीं तो -

1. तुम्हारे शास्त्रों में दिये वचन और शास्त्र झूठे हो जायेंगे।

2. तुम्हारे भविष्यवक्ताओं की भविष्यवाणीयाँ झूठी हो जायेंगी।

3. तुम्हारे युग और काल गणना झूठे हो जायेंगे।

4. तुम्हारे अवतार-ईशदूत-ईशपुत्र-पुनर्जन्म सिद्धान्त झूठे हो जायेगें।

5. तुम्हारे ईश्वर सम्बन्धी अवधारणा झूठे हो जायेंगे।
